At least in part, yes. Grisoft offers an anti-virus program for Linux file
servers, for details have a look at:
http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_avg_fse.php
I have not used the above package, so I don't know how good/bad it is, but
at least there is one place you can start looking for answers.
