convert unix->outlook email format

You won't be too surprised that it can't. But curiously, the Mac MS 
equivalent of Outlook (name forgotten) exports as mbox if you drag 
messages to the desktop.

I'm guessing that you're not looking for one of those tools like mhonarc 
that will convert mesages to HTML digests?
