Build 641 is an older version (1.0.3 ??).
It could be a glibc problem. Too new? That was an issue with older
versions.
Perhaps you installed ttf fonts, some are buggy and make OO crash.
Try to get a newer OO version (1.1.0) It is a lot faster.
