NTP with Windows Clients

I know it's silly.  I've not touched a Windoze system in 4 years now 
thankfully but if memory serves me correctly, it's because Linux will 
synchronize to GMT and Windoze only synchronizes with LOCAL time and the two 
are not the same therefore causes a big data collision.  : )
