The Itallian theme drives the spelling. To be totally Italian, I would 
accent the last "e"
but that would be a pain. I'm considering using the spelling "cafe" in 
reference to the internet aspect,
and "caffe" in reference to the espresso, panini etc. Potentian source 
of confusion ? yup.
