Hi,

lately I have been seeing this when I enter 'ps -ax' on my Fedora Core
1 machine:

14173 ? SN 0:00 sh -c ( tail -f?? ????
/var/log/messages ) 2>&1
14174 ? SN 0:00 tail -f /var/log/messages

It often shows up multiple time and always 1 PID off of each other
(though the pair may be many PIDs off). I can 'kill -9' it but what the
heck is doing this? Any ideas? Thanks!

Madison
