remote install success

On the second attempt the remote install went perfectly. For those who are
interested, my notes are at:
	http://xtrinsic.com/geek/config/remoteinstall.txt
They really are notes though. A plain english version may follow, but I
haven't decided yet. The two documents that I used (both listed at the top
of my notes) are quite good and cover most of what needs to be known.
