Ease of installation?

Most *nix's can resize partitions easily but I don't think any guarantee the 
defrag process for FAT32 or NTFS's.  Sorry.  I'm sure M$ would somehow find 
something to sue or complain about because it is actually modifying their 
file system right?  Sorry that politics are in the way.  It's certainly not 
as if Linux couldn't defrag during the process.
