If you own the server that's hosting your mail, then there are lots of
options. The best is probably to set up IPSec, the easiest (in my
experience at least) is an ssh tunnel.
If you don't own the server that's hosting your email, then your wasting
time asking this group. Call your ISP and ask them what they offer
instead. And don't expect them to "support" it unless you're willing to
pay a premium.
