Bell Sympatico Speed Stream modem: won't talk to Ethernet card

Just let everybody knows it is Sympatico problem, not
rp-pppoe's problem. After Sympatico guys fixed it on
Windows. I hooked it up to Linux. 3
seconds...Connected!

Just ifconfig eth1 0.0.0.0 then fire adsl-start in
rc.local. As usual.

The lesson is: first work it out on Windows, then move
to Linux.
