66HZ refresh != working fine. 75Hz refresh == working fine. Almost all
17" monitors on the market are crap when it comes wo 1280x1024 (some
even at 1152x864). It is even starting to be true for 19" screens.

Perhaps it is obsolete and only for XFree86 3.x use?
