That's not what I meant. There was, at one time, money held by tlug in
some account (or under someone's mattress maybe). Part of the reason for
the fund was to pay for incorporation, which never happened. Therefore,
there should already be money in tlug. How the money is being managed is
a mystery to me, but perhaps not to others.
