Debian - can't upgrade

you could try 

dpkg: --force overwrite -i /var/cache/apt/archives/imagemagick...deb

I have had to use this command to repair a failed apt-get attempt, when
upgrading kdelibs-common

I cant remember where I found this, but I do remember all the warnings
