I haven't experienced any problems yet.  I have been keeping an eye on the 
rejects to make sure I don't miss anything.  My mail server doesn't handle a 
huge volume of mail or users though. You may have to keep track of poorly 
behaved mailers and use some form of whitelisting for them.
