Maybe it's exchange? (I guess you have received one at the moment).

This is a second case over a couple of weeks, and the "Out of Office"
replies are somehow inconsistent, and in this case are sent directly to the
sender, rather than to the list. I know you can't configure most/all Out of
office robots to ignore specific addresses, but is it possible to do
something is the scripts of the list and make people register themselves
there? There are lots of pros and cons, but it can be aproblem is the
future.
