I've pulled down the files in cfaj.freeshell.org/tlug ...the hard
way. So this question is academic today, but I'd like to know the
correct answer in future. I initially tried ftp, but couldn't access
the tlug directory. Then I tried wget, specifically...
wget -r --ignore-length cfaj.freeshell.org/tlug
But wget missed abunch of files, especially in funcs, and I noticed
that it was starting to wander into unrelated directories, so I killed
it. How should I have done it ? Thanks in advance.
