Fortune in Squirrelmail

First thanks for the list. It is a nice trouble shooting primer. No
problem with 1 and 2. /usr/bin/fortune is what I made my link to and the
link works fine. I su'ed to apache, which is the apache user and it has
no problem executing the sym link.

Where can I check the relevant configs for executable restrictions?
