business cards in OO 1.1.0

Likewise, no problems with File -> New -> Business Cards, and Avery 
05371 stock.

My printer has a particularly small printable area, and for some reason 
OO likes to apply that to the internal card area. Thus I have to have 
an, um, daring use of whitespace.
