Question regarding dynamic DNS

I use it and it's ok. There are other choices besides xyz.dyndns.org. I chose 
isa-geek.org. The web login to update your ip address was only down once in 
the last 6 months so it's reliable. They like to see you login and refresh at 
least every thirty days even if your ip hasn't changed.
