apt-get is trying to get unstable

Hi,

  I was looking to see what was needed to install
apt from the unstable branch.  Too much
was needed for my preferences.

I ran apt-get this morning and it 
still want to update a bunch, e.g. 300 packages, 
from the unstable tree.  How do I tell it to forget
about what it wants to do?  I just want it to look
at the testing / sarge stream.
