Ah... but he can blame it all on Microsoft, without betraying his (lack
of) expertise of something for which he is getting paid.  You can't do
that with Linux.  Techinical specs are not the only factor in IT
manager's mind in making purchasing decision.  Unless, of course, they
are spending their own money. :-)
