4 port network cards

I tried to see if they still offered the Quad @ 100MBit but it's gone... 
Intel NICs are famous for reliability, not price ;). I know that they 
used to sell a quad-port but I can't say that I know the PN off by 
heart. Maybe an e-bay search will be fruitful?
