I'd just like to mention that the Seneca Open Source Symposium is this
Friday, at the Don Mills campus.

While the conference is mostly education-related, the lectures are
mostly technical and very general, so all are welcome.  Information is
available at http://poseidon.senecac.on.ca/~sos2/ .

I'll be giving a talk on making Live CD's to introduce non-linux users
to linux-based applications without a full installation.

Many other interesting speakers will be present, and the entrance fee is
a whopping $10.

Hope to see some of you there.
