Disk druid will create extended partition just fine.  You have an option to
create a partition as a primary partition, if not selected you get a logical
partition.

No - it's a 20 GB drive with 10 GB devoted to windows 98 se and 2000.

Ya. 98 SE has one, 2K as an extended, and swap has one.

Not sure you can do that in Disk druid - I might have to brave fdisk for
that.
