Hi. All you have to do is to copy the
/home/source_user/.gnome-desktop/*.desktop files to
/home/destination_user/.gnome-desktop/

Probably you will have to do it as root. In that case,
you have to chmod the files to destination_user to be
able to open them. This is done with
# chmod destination_user
/home/destination_user/.gnome-desktop/*
