I can really highly recommend looking into Mailfilter. It could
significantly reduce the amount of junk you download from your mail
server, esp if you know RegExp with any familiarity (which I don't, but
was able to snag some good snippets from the mailling list), since it
deletes the offending mail right off the server before Procmail or
Postfix even has to deal with it.
