How do I get into BIOS of old Dell system?

Try tapping F1 repeatedly while you boot ? Or hold a key down (any key)
and reboot. This should stop the boot process and ask about the stuck
keyboard, maybe with an option to edit the bios (could be F1 to continue
F2 to edit).
