This is not true. If your corporation has a liability with the government
(usually taxes) they can come after your house, your car, your dog, your cat,
etc. regardless of whether you are incorporated or not.
Being incorporated also provides you with only very limited protection against
lawsuits. Search google for director's liability.

As nice as that sounds, if someone *really* wants to get you, and they have
