I'm sure this is a student thing more than the University encouraging 
it. The student body seems to be very influential there (it appears to 
me anyway). But it only works within the residence computers, I don't 
think there's any downloading through the internet. I'm not sure if 
that's going to cause problems for me setting up gtk-gnutella.
