A GPS will only locate itself.  If you're holding the GPS, you'll have a 
fairly good idea about where you are.

With a couple of GPS receivers and a means of determining direction to 
the signal source and the other GPS, you could alway apply a bit of trig 
to calculate the location of the signal source.
