   Don't you mean:

^Subject:.*(p.*r.*e.*s.*c.*r.*i.*p.*t.*i.*o.*n|m.*e.*d.*s|m.*e.*d.*i.*c.*a.*t.*i.*o.*n|...etc.

   (procmail uses regular expressions, not file globbing patterns)

   But it will catch the subject "Some sed hints".
