Xandros is the re-incarnation of Corel Linux. It's a very user-friendly
version of Linux. They are about to release version 2.0 of their
desktop distribution.

I've been using it on and off, and find it to be very slick. They have
gone to great lengths to make things easy to the novice user, someone
who is not familiar with Unix, or Linux, but is familiar with a certain
other windowing environment. :-)

Xandros also includes Crossover's Office and Plugin products, so if you
must run those Windows apps and browser plugins, you can do it. Xandros
is all Debian under the covers.

This is the Linux distro your mother could use. :-)
