What are good Firewalls

Everything you need is a kernel and ipchains|iptables :-)

Also,
apt-cache search firewall

There are some packages which help you to configure a firewall, but 
finally you'll find out that the only way to make a firewall which does 
exactly what you want is to manually create a script with firewall rules.
