QMAIL can be configured to use either Maildir or Mailbox delivery. Its up
to you which you want to use. IIRC, the default Mailbox delivery is to a
file called Mailbox in the users home directory but you may be able to have
it put users mail in to a central repository (ie. /ver/spool/mail). I
currently use the Maildir route in my QMAIL setup.
Cheers!
