time reference servers?

My ISP (eol.ca) doesn't provide any port 13/37/123 services.
<time.apple.com> and <time.windows.com> presumably can handle lots of
connections, because they synchronize all Apple and Windows machines.
But, still, it just doesn't feel right to use those...
