Judging by my recent visit, NewTlug maintains excellent relations with
IBM.

I don't think we need to be out drumming up business for any large corp.
They do enough of this without our help.  A consortium of interested
professionals and OSS specialist firms might be able to make an approach
to the mayor-elect.
