Take a look at a product called ezrj45.<br>
Its a connector and crimp tool combo where you can push the wires
through the rj45 connector and then the crimp tool cuts them off
flush with the end of the connector.<br>
Some guys I know who do cabling for a business claim its a great
product.<br>
