<div dir="ltr"><div>I still have an Athlon XP 1800+, and it's perfectly running until now. I still use it to navigate, email, Facebook, watch videos on it (it's screen is bigger than my notebook), and when its power source dies from time to time, I replace the power source and keep it running. I don't have an incentive (as yet) to throw it away and buy another, as it still meets my demands and it's not my only computer (I have 3 more).<br>
</div><div>And I still have an ancient P-166, 64MB RAM somewhere. I don't know if it boots anymore. My wife didn't found it yet, so it explains why it's still around...<br></div></div><div class="gmail_extra">

more, and it barely met my needs, even with heavily optimized Gentoo.<br>
