<p>Well, I daresay I'm a bit suspicious that Eclipse may be one of the "bloated" things in Java.  Lotta participants, including organizations that have some bloated systems in their histories...</p>
<p>It's pretty popular, but it seems like more than Eight Megabytes And Constantly Swapping ;-)</p>
