I changed the USB status and now my phone is directing me to the
Samsung Windows software called Kies.<br>
<br>
I have that installed on my Windows laptop, and I see icons that cover
all sorts of things including photos and video.<br>
<br>
But I am without a Linux (Ubuntu) solution.<br>
