change. If your drive is recognized by bios then youre pretty much guaranteed

a PATA drive then it will simply appear as /dev/hda,b,c,d as the case may be.
you can then login as root, use fdisk to create partitions, use mkfs to create a
file system, use mount to mount it and then you can add the entry to fstab for
auto-mount. SATA or SCSI drives will simply be /dev/sda,b,c,d. SCSI drives may
require you to do more- but i guess youre not looking at SCSI because you
mentioned that it is a 200G hard drive. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>
